Hey I’m Ben, a business owner and creator with a background in tech and experience working alongside top educators. I started my automation studio by simply talking to business owners, asking what they struggled with most. Nearly all of them said the same thing: they were overwhelmed by admin, had no free time, and felt like slaves to their own business.

What surprised me was how many of these problems had such simple solutions. But most business owners were so busy with daily tasks, they didn’t have the time to step back and tackle them. The tools out there weren’t much help either—they felt like cookie-cutter solutions, designed for ‘any business’ but not quite right for their business.

That’s when it clicked: there was a real opportunity to build specific solutions to their specific problems, that actually fit each client’s unique needs. Instead of forcing them into generic systems, I could design tailored workflows that handle their specific challenges. This way, they get to reclaim their time and finally focus on the parts of their business that matter most. And that’s exactly what I set out to do.
